"Hart Of Dixie" and "Beauty And The Beast" return to the CW on Monday, Oct. 7. CW

Most of the fall TV shows have already premiered, but we still have a couple of stragglers. Two CW favorites -- “Hart of Dixie” and “Beauty And The Beast” -- return for new seasons on Monday, Oct. 7, while the rest of the fall shows continue on.

For new TV, the night kicks off at 8 p.m. on the CW with the season 3 premiere of “Hart of Dixie.” The fun continues on the network when “Beauty and the Beast” returns for a second season on a brand new night.

If the CW dramas are not your thing, competing networks have a lot to offer:

“Hart Of Dixie” (8 p.m. on The CW) -- *PREMIERE*

The CW show returns for its third season with “Who Says You Can’t Go Home,” and Zoe has a lot on her plate. Spending the summer in New York City, Zoe decides that she wants to live their permanently … but first she has to return to Blue Bell.

Back in town, Zoe is surprised to find that the only person happy to see her is Lavon. Since she needs a good reference from Brick, Zoe “agrees to help him track down George and get him to resurrect the Founders Day parade that has been canceled.” Wanting to find George quickly, she asks Lemon for help and accidentally discovers that Lemon has been “hiding a dirty little secret.” But Lemon has a plan of her own -- to help Wade “save face” in front of Zoe.

“Dancing With The Stars” (8 p.m. on ABC)

“Dancing With the Stars” fans will be happy to welcome back former professional dancer Julianne Hough! Unfortunately she won’t be doing any dancing, instead the 24-year-old actress will be filling in on her old show as a guest judge -- which means she will be forced to critique her brother, Derek Hough, who is currently paired up with “Glee” star Amber Riley.

“Beauty And The Beast” (9 p.m. on The CW) -- *PREMIERE*

“Beauty and the Beast” returns for its sophomore season with “Who Am I?” The premiere episode will find Catherine reunited with Vincent three months after he was abducted by Muirfield … but he’s not the same man. Vincent’s scar has disappeared, his memory is gone and he’s now a “supercharged beast on a mysterious mission.” It’s up to Catherine to unravel the mystery behind Vincent’s changes “if she has any hopes of recovering their once epic love.”

“Sleepy Hollow” (9 p.m. on Fox)

In episode 4, “The Lesser Key Of Solomon,” Abbie and Ichabod will be searching for Abbie’s estranged sister, Jenny, who escaped from the Sleepy Hollow psychiatric hospital. The episode will include flashbacks to the Boston Tea party and unearth the name behind the evil they’re facing.

“2 Broke Girls” (9 p.m. on CBS)

In episode 3, “And the Kitty Kitty Spank Spank,” Max grows a soft spot with a stray cat that has been hanging around their apartment. Unfortunately Caroline thinks that the Cat needs to find a better home. Believing they found a good home for the stray, “the cat’s fate takes a turn.”

“Mom” (9:30 p.m. on CBS)

Justin Long will guest star in episode 3, “A Small Nervous Meltdown and a Misplaced Fork.” Long will play Christy’s date, Adam … and it’s her first date since she stopped drinking. While Christy’s gone, Bonnie teaches her grandson Roscoe how to gamble.

“The Blacklist” (10 p.m. on NBC)

Chin Han of “Arrow” guest stars in episode 3,”No. 84 Wujing,” as Wujing, a high-ranking Chinese spy. Wujing claims that Red hired him to help decode a classified CIA transmission, meanwhile Liz is investigating Tom.

“Hostages” (10 p.m. on CBS)

In episode 3, “Power Of Persuasion,” the president decides to go with another surgeon … but Ellen must convince him that she’s the right surgeon for him. Ellen will gain a little insight into Duncan’s life when he meets his daughter.
