'The Faraway Paladin' Episode 1 Live Stream Details: How To Watch Online [Spoilers]

A human child ends up in the ruined city of the dead. But he is a fortunate kid because three otherworldly creatures come together and raise him. "The Faraway Paladin" Episode 1 introduces the child, named Will, and his three parents.

The official promo trailer of the series shows The Wandering Sage – Gus, the War Ogre – Blood and the Mater's Daughter – Mary. They decide to raise the child in the city far away from human civilization.

They teach him everything they know with all the love and care in the world. However, one day, Will wonders about his true identity.

He finds out the secrets of the undead in the faraway land. Later, Will decides to embark on the journey of becoming a paladin.

"In the ruined city of the dead far from human civilization lives a single human child named Will. He is raised by three undead: Blood the heroic skeleton warrior, Mary the ladylike mummy priestess, and Gus the crotchety ghost wizard. The three of them teach the boy what they know and pour their love into him. One day, the boy begins to wonder, 'Who am I?' Will uncovers the mysteries of the undead hidden in this faraway land. He learns of the love and mercy of good gods, as well as the paranoia and madness of evil gods. And once he learns it all, the boy embarks on the path to becoming a Paladin," read the official series synopsis, according to Crunchyroll.

"The Faraway Paladin" anime is based on the manga of the same name by original creator Kanata Yanagino and original character designer Kususaga Rin. The series is directed by Yuu Nobuta and character designing is by Tatsuya Takahashi.

The cast of the anime includes Katsuyuki Konishi as Blood, Maki Kawase as Will, Nobuo Tobita as Gus, Aoi Yūki as Gracefeel, Yui Horie as Mary, Ayumu Murase as Menel, Hiroki Takahashi as Stagnate, Eri Suzuki as Robina "Bee" Goodfellow and Koji Yusa as Tonio.

Fans can watch "The Faraway Paladin" Episode 1 online on Crunchyroll this Saturday. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
