Farrah Abraham Is Pregnant, Boyfriend Simon Saran Says

“Teen Mom OG” star Farrah Abraham is pregnant with her second child, boyfriend Simon Saran told Radar Online in an exclusive interview Wednesday. The MTV reality star originally sparked rumors she was expecting baby No. 2 when she posed for a May 29 photo with Saran while on vacation in Jamaica.

“Yes she’s 26 and pregnant,” he told Radar Online. The publication noted that Saran might have been joking, especially since his wording was a riff on “16 and Pregnant,” the reality show that started Abraham’s television career.

He didn’t reveal any further information, like if he was joking when he made the reveal.

It seems odd he would say she was pregnant, especially since Saran shot down the rumors last month after the supposed baby bump picture emerged. “She’s not pregnant. I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated,” he told Radar at the time.

Abraham didn’t immediately respond to the pregnancy confirmation by Saran, but the say before she posted an ad for Flat Tummy Tea, which showed her lack of rumored baby bump.

“I don't use this tea for weight control, it's not about that, it's for flushing out toxins and cleansing your tummy. From there it completely gets rid of bloating, and gives you a flat tummy. If she were to be pregnant, she would join “Teen Mom 2” stars Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus, who are also expecting children. Lowry revealed the father of her third child is friend Chris Lopez and DeJesus did not yet claim who fathered her second child.

Abraham previously stated she wanted more child and said she wanted to look into adoption. “We’re open to adopting someone who’s not just – a child that can not just only be a newborn. But also a child that is maybe 3 or older,” she told People Magazine in March 2016 about expanding her family.

“There’s a lot of, you know, orphans that are so adorable. So, I mean, it just breaks my heart when I see things like that because I grew up around adoptive families and I’ve always wanted to help. So it’s just a time and a place and hopefully soon I will be ready,” Abraham added.

She is the mother to 8-year-old daughter, Sophia, who she had with boyfriend Derek Underwood. He died in a car accident before Sophia was born.
