'Fear The Walking Dead' Season 5, Episode 7 Preview: Nuclear Reactor Threat
The clock is ticking in “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 5, episode 7. A preview video of the next episode shows the heroes scrambling to escape the zombie-infested area while facing the danger of a possible nuclear reactor meltdown.
The following article contains spoilers of “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 5, episode 6 and promo scenes of episode 7.
A preview video of the next episode teases June (Jenna Elfman) telling everyone that the second nuclear reactor may meltdown. The video description also confirms that there is a good chance that the next episode will “go full Chernobyl.”
While the heroes struggle to find a way out of the problem, the nuclear reactor isn’t the only threat they face. In the previous episode, Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) and the others were facing seemingly insurmountable odds when they were surrounded by zombies. The preview video shows that some quick thinking by Victor will keep the group safe, at least for the time being.
Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) will also face a large number of zombies. She will continue to lead the group of survivor children in “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 5, episode 7.
John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt) will be with Dwight (Austin Amelio), and he will sense that his friends may have gotten into some trouble. The big suspense in the current season is about the new villain faction. The identity of the new faction has remained a mystery so far, and it remains to be seen if the members of the new faction will reveal themselves in the next episode.
Morgan Jones (Lennie James) will continue to focus on the group’s mission, which is to help people and make the post-apocalyptic world a better place. In a video that has been released online, James spoke about how his character’s journey is a continuation of what happened in “The Walking Dead” Series.
Dwight is the other big character from the main show to crossover to the spin-off. Amelio said that his character meeting Morgan feels like a scene from the “Twilight Zone” because it seemed very unlikely that the two characters would ever meet again.
Meanwhile, the fans are loving the new storyline in the spin-off series. A recently released video online shows the reactions of some the fans to the events in episode 6.
“Fear the Walking Dead” Season 5, episode 7 will air on July 14 at 9 p.m. EST. The episode is titled “Still Standing.”
