Fergie Giving Birth? Singer Undergoing C-Section,Will Welcome Baby Boy With Josh Duhamel Thursday, Report Says
Singer Fergie and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, are reportedly welcoming their first child into the world today. According to a report from TMZ, the couple arrived at a hospital in L.A. Thursday afternoon with the “Black Eyed Peas” singer currently undergoing a scheduled C-section to deliver her baby boy.
A source revealed that the parents-to-be were relaxed prior to the birth, claiming the 40-year-old “Safe Haven” actor was spotted chatting with hospital staff before the baby’s arrival. Fergie, 38, will reportedly recuperate in a swanky V.I.P. suite after the delivery. Despite reports of the impending birth, Duhamel has remained active on Twitter, sharing his recently released Diet Pepsi commercial and not commenting on the delivery.
On Wednesday, the famous couple shared a family photo showcasing an expectant Fergie (real name: Stacy Ann Ferguson) and "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Milan. The twosome shared on Twitter that they'd met with the TV star in an effort to help their dog adjust to the new family member. "@joshduhamel & I getting our doggie daughter ready for her new brother with @cesarmilan,” said Fergie. "Curious how your pets reacted when you brought home your first newborn child. Any advice?" said Duhamel.
Duhamel announced the baby’s gender during an appearance on “Live With Kelly & Michael” in July. The couple, who married in 2009, revealed the news of their pregnancy on Twitter in February. "Josh & Me & BABY makes three!!! #mylovelybabybump” said Fergie, also sharing childhood pictures of herself and Duhamel.
