The Fidelity and Charles Schwab site was down and not working Monday. Fidelity

For the second time in the past week Fidelity’s website and app are not working. Multiple users reported issues with Fidelity and Charles Schwab sites Monday morning. According to DownDetector, the first reports of outages started around 9:15 a.m. and spiked around 9:30 a.m.

Around the same time Charles Schwab also reported outages. The DownDetector map showed most of the outages were reported along the coasts.

In a series of tweets, users complained about the Fidelity site not working. Not only was the site down for some users, it was also displaying incorrect trading information for some.

“Problems with @Fidelity yet again this morning. Quotes are inaccurate in my account. Looks like it's getting mixed up with data from last week,” Twitter user Darryl Spencer said.

Fidelity says it is aware of the issue and it working on a resolution. Charles Schwab told International Business Times an "internal technical issue" was at fault but all issues have now been fixed.

"This morning, some clients experienced issues accessing their account balances online due to an internal technical issue. Trading was not impacted," the company said in a statement. "The issue was quickly resolved and online functionality has been restored."

Other users say they cannot login to their Fidelity and Charles Schwab accounts.

As of 10:15 a.m. Monday, users were still reporting outages for Fidelity and Charles Schwab, complaining that it's been more than an hour.

Update: As of 11:15 a.m. Fidelity users are still reporting the website is not working properly while Fidelity says it is still trying to fix the issues.

As of 11:30 a.m. it appears no users are reporting new outages.
