FKA Twigs, Robert Pattinson Look Happy And In Love At London Premiere Of Actor’s New Movie ‘The Lost City Of Z’
The look of love! Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs were a perfect combination during the premiere of Pattinson’s new movie, “The Lost City of Z.” In fact, many took notice of how the lovely couple consciously coordinated their red carpet ensembles for the event.
Pattinson appeared to be super smitten with Twigs, whispering into his fiancée’s ear as they prepare to pose for the cameras, Vogue magazine noted. During the event, Pattinson looked dapper in Dior, while the 29-year-old "Two Weeks" singer flaunted her curves in a Givenchy jumper.
Aside from his very supportive fiancée, Pattinson was also joined by Charlie Hunnam, Tom Holland, Sienna Miller and Rami Malek during the movie’s premiere night at the British Museum on Thursday in London.
According to Just Jared, the movie depicted the story of British explorer Percy Fawcett, played by Hunnam, when he journeyed into the Amazon during the 20th century to find evidence of a previously unknown yet advanced civilization. With his own determination and support from his wife (Miller), son (Holland) and aide-de-camp (Pattinson), Fawcett continued his explorations in the jungle. Unfortunately, it led to his mysterious disappearance in 1925.
“The Lost City of Z” is expected to hit theaters on April 21, but some movie houses will show it on April 14.
Meanwhile, 30-year-old Pattinson has also left some fashion onlookers confused when he recently wore a cropped jacket at an event. Esquire even asked if it was really a jacket instead of a zip-up turtleneck or a cardigan as it appeared “maddeningly cropped.”
If the cropped jacket left Esquire confused, Marie Claire took notice of how the former “Twilight” actor looked completely different these days. Perhaps people were just so used to seeing him in suits that when he appeared at “The Lost City of Z” premiere in Berlin wearing a turtleneck, many pointed out he looked quite different.
