‘Flip Or Flop’ Star Christina El Moussa Gushes Over Her New Eyewear, Tarek Shares Cute Photo With Daughter Amid Divorce Drama
"Flip Or Flop" star Christina and Tarek El Moussa shared separate photos on their Instagram accounts Thursday amid their ongoing divorce drama. Tarek announced this week that he has filed for divorce from Christina, just a month after announcing their separation.
On Thursday, Christina shared a photo of herself smiling as she got a new eyewear, revealing how pleased she was with her purchase.
The same day, Tarek also shared a photo of him with his daughter Taylor.
"Every #night me and the #love of my #life do #storytime and I caress her to sleep!! Best #feeling in the world!! Such an #amazing little girl #daddy #loves #you," he wrote in the post.
In court documents filed by Tarek on Monday, the TV star requested joint legal and physical custody of his two children. Along with this, Tarek has demanded spousal support from his estranged wife and asking her to pay his attorney's fees. He also requested that the court's ability to award alimony to her be terminated.
Tarek's Instagram post with his daughter comes just a day after Christina promised to focus on important things in her life, like her children.
“A lot going on lately….. But making time for what’s important is what’s really important. #priorities #tayAndbray,” Christina captioned the picture, referring to her two children, Taylor, 6, and son Brayden, 1.
The news of Tarek and Christina's split gave rise to speculation that the fate of the HGTV show may be in jeopardy. However on Thursday, Christina wrote on her Instagram that the new episodes of the show will still air. The former couple also said that their marriage trouble will not affect the show.
"We have both dated other people following the separation, but neither of us is ready to announce anything in terms of another relationship," Tarek and Christina told People while announcing their split. "We plan to continue our professional life together by being professional, by doing our jobs well, by being prepared and by working hard."
