Floyd Mayweather predicted what Manny Pacquiao will likely do in their highly anticipated rematch.

Undefeated Mayweather and legendary boxer Pacquiao are two of the greates boxers in the world today. Arguably, their much awaited rematch is the fight everybody in boxing has been longing to see.

Known for being a trash-talker, Mayweather recently told Pacquiao’s advisor Sean Gibbons what he thinks the eight-division title-holder will do if they ever face each other inside the boxing ring once again.

According to Gibbons, he relayed Pacquiao’s message to Mayweather pertaining to the exhibition fight in Japan straight during a sudden encounter with the American boxer in Las Vegas on Saturday.

“I told him Sen. Pacquiao is not fighting an exhibition,” Gibbons told Manila Bulletin.

As expected, Mayweather responded and said that a rematch with “Pacman” wouldn’t make much sense as Pacquiao will only move around the ring and duck him. After hearing what Mayweather just said, Gibbons fired back and that Pacquiao will never do that and his recent performance against Keith Thurman is his proof.

“Floyd told me that what the Senator’s going to do is just move around the ring and I told him the Senator’s not doing that as he is coming off one of his biggest wins (against Thurman),” Gibbons stated.

Prior to this, Mayweather hosted an autograph signing about a week ago where he also fired shots at Pacquiao. When a poster of him and Pacquiao was handed to him by a fan, Mayweather quickly turned to the camera and said that he “schooled Pacquiao easy.”

Shortly after the autograph signing, the undefeated champ had a Q&A with some fans where he explained why people shouldn’t get mad at him for beating Pacquiao.

According to Mayweather, he was just doing his job and the fight was just a proof that he and Pacquiao are not on the same level as boxers.

“I went out there and did what I normally do. It was just so much hype behind Manny Pacquiao. And they just really believe that this guy is on the same level as me, and I’m always saying it’s not. It’s totally different once you get inside the ring with me,” Mayweather explained.

Meanwhile, Pacquiao recently confirmed that the rematch with Mayweather is already under negotiation.

“My team and his team are talking right now. This is just about negotiations, about the formal discussions. So I don’t know what will happen,” Pacquiao stated.
