Forbes 400 richest Americans

The annual list released by Forbes of the 400 Richest Americans was again topped by Bill Gates with a net worth of $50 billion. Warren Buffet took second place with $40 billion and Lawrence Ellison third with $27 billion.

Others on the list include Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, at 43^rd place with a net worth of $5.1 billion. Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg; 25, was the youngest billionaire on the list taking the 158^th place with a net worth of $2 billion.

Of the 274 self-made individuals on the list, 14% never finished college, NY Daily News reported.
