Former Apple Employee Sam Sung Raises Money For Charity With EBay Auction
Former Canadian Apple employee Sam Sung auctioned off his old business card and name lanyard on eBay to raise money for charity. The auction ended Friday with a top bid of $2,653 -- but that was only after Sung eliminated what he thought were bogus bids that topped out around $80,000, ABCNews reported.
Sung, 25, worked as a specialist at the Pacific Centre Apple store in Vancouver, British Columbia, for three years before taking a job with the recruitment firm Holloway Schulz in July 2013.
Proceeds from the auction will go to Children's Wish BC/YK.
