Fort Worth Shooting Claims Another Victim, Police Continue Investigation
Fort Worth became the site of another shooting incident, where an unnamed man died of fatal gunshot wounds, Nov. 3.
The victim received gunshot wounds on his upper torso after he was involved in a shooting on 4600 Dilworth Court, near Willis Avenue and Benbrook Highway.
The Fort Worth officers told Dallas News that the man was brought to a stand-alone emergency room at 6006 Camp Bowie Blvd at around 1:30 am last Sunday following the incident.
The man was transported to a hospital when his condition worsened and died while riding the ambulance.
Fort Worth detectives are still investigating the incident.
The man is another victim of the string of shootings that recently occurred in Fort Worth.
Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported last Sunday evening that police responded to a shooting that occurred at the 3900 block of Avenue J and found a victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and according to Officer Bradley Perez the police had no suspects as of Sunday.
Other than the current victim, another unnamed man died in a shooting at a Trinity Railway Express Station at 14400 Statler Boulevard, on Nov. 1.
There have also been other instances of shooting, where a 28-year-old black woman had been mistakenly shot by the police after receiving a call.
