Epic Games has been relatively silent about the upcoming sixth season of the massively popular “Fortnite” battle royale, but fans are hopeful that some news will drop before Season 5 officially ends next week.

The community has been paying a lot of attention to potential content that might be heading to the game soon. A recent change made by Xbox to the “Fortnite” launch icon caused a bit of a stir on social media, but it ultimately offered nothing of relevance.

However, a new leaked image shows a few new skins and costumes that might be coming to the Season 6 battle pass or the in-game store. The image was posted on Twitter by the Fortnite News Twitter account.

The image features some concept art for potentially new skins for “Fortnite.” There is no guaranteeing that these skins will make it to the main game, but the watermark on the lower left corner of the image makes the leak promising.

Kevuru Games is a game art and development studio that provides 2D and 3D art services, animation and general game development for a variety of game engines. They are also responsible for designing a number of skins for the second season of “Fortnite,” including the Astra skin.

The Kevuru Games watermark on the leaked image has lead fans to believe that the skins may soon be heading to the game. The image was originally posted on Kevuru Games’ ArtStation account as per Comicbook, further adding to the credibility of the assumptions.

The skin designs in the image feature a modern retro fusion with notable inspiration from Asian streetwear. Also, there’s a genie.

Despite the involvement of Kevuru Games and the unmistakable “Fortnite” vibe that the image presents, it’s best to take the leak with a grain of salt until an official reveal is made.

“Fortnite” Season 6 will kick off on Tuesday right after the conclusion of the incoming Zero Crisis event on Monday. The season finale will feature a solo experience involving Jonesy and the Zero Point that has been growing more and more unstable.

The conclusion of the Zero Point story may mean that there will be less crossover skins and more original skin designs in the future.
