To little surprise and fanfare, there is a new “Fortnite” update. Developer Epic Games published patch notes for version 6.31 on Tuesday morning, detailing this week’s limited time game mode and the newest weapon in “Fortnite.”

The game’s servers went down for maintenance for a while in the morning to accommodate the new content.

A week after “Fortnite” introduced its wild west-themed limited time mode, Epic put a much more traditional multiplayer mode in the game this week. “Team Rumble” is essentially a “Fortnite” spin on a normal team deathmatch mode, as two teams of 20 players battle to become the first with 100 kills.

Unlike the regular “Fortnite” battle royale mode, players will respawn five seconds after being eliminated, keeping any weapons and gear they had on them when they died. Anyone who eliminates another player will be rewarded with ammo drops and building supplies.

Additionally, new Epic and Legendary pump shotgun weapons can be found in the game. Like other shotguns, they are probably most effective at close range and can be found around the map or in treasure chests. This update also added new environments and quests to the game’s “Save the World” cooperative mode.
