‘The Fosters’ Season 4 Spoilers: Episode 14 Promo Hints At Emma’s Pregnancy In ‘Doors And Windows’?

“The Fosters” Season 4, episode 14 could see one character finding out about her pregnancy and worrying about how to tell her boyfriend about it.

In the promo released by Freeform for “Doors and Windows,” Emma (Amanda Leighton) is at the Foster Adams household, watching as her boyfriend Jesus (Noah Centineo), who recently suffered from a serious brain trauma, throws a fit. After a successful operation, Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum) were told that it will take a very long time for Jesus to fully recover, if he does at all. Even though none of them are giving up on him, Jesus appears to have already lost the will to live. In the clip, Emma is in tears when she tells Brandon (David Lambert) that she is not sure whether or not she should tell Jesus about what she’s going through.

Elsewhere, Stef decides to remove all the doors and windows from their children’s rooms when she gets frustrated over all the secrets being kept in their household. It is also possible that Stef may lose her job, and a panicked Lena tells her that she can’t stop working because there are just too many bills to pay.

Meanwhile, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will continue to go through a rough patch. She decides to see a therapist who could help her get better after Nick’s (Louis Hunter) attack. Mariana also blames herself for what happened to Jesus, since she was the one who asked him to rescue her from her ex-boyfriend.

Also in the episode, Callie (Maia Mitchell) will lean on AJ (Tom Williamson) for support after her dad bailed her out of juvie in the previous installment.
