Electric vehicle maker Tesla has a lot of things to offer to consumers in the coming years. Aside from the all-electric Tesla Cybertruck pickup truck that will commence production in 2021, the Tesla Cyberquad is another product that consumers are looking forward to. A freshly shared footage of the electric ATV from Tesla reveals one of its essential features not common in most ATVs available in the market today.

On the official Instagram account of Tesla Cyberquad, a video of the ATV was recently shared. It shows one of the Tesla engineers starting the electric all-terrain vehicle prototype on stage following the unveiling. People familiar with All-terrain vehicles discovered that the upcoming Tesla Cyberquad shares some parts with the Yamaha Raptor ATV. Several others suggest that the electric vehicle maker simply changed the body panels of the Yamaha, but tesla definitely did more than that.

Anyone familiar with all-terrain vehicles understands that they are very loud, especially when starting them. ATVs even make noise even at low-crawling speeds. Interestingly, in the Tesla Cyberquad video noticeable that it barely made a sound when the engineer started it. Here is the video courtesy of the Cyberquad’s Instagram account.

We first saw the Tesla Cyberquad at the official unveiling of the Tesla Cybertruck last month. The electric vehicle maker brought on stage the electric ATV developed by its own design team. The Cyberquad was chiefly utilized to show the loading capacity of the Cybertruck, which showed that it could lower its suspension to allow more effortless loading of the ATV on a ramp towards the bed of the all-electric pickup truck.

During the unveiling, it was not clear if the company is planning to make the Tesla Cyberquad available to the consumers. However, Tesla CEO Elon Musk later said that it would be an option for Tesla Cybertruck buyers. Musk also said that the company would try to bring the electric all-terrain vehicle to the market in 2021.

In other Tesla news, the company recently changed the production timeline of the Tesla Cybertruck. It appears that the higher trims of the all-electric pickup truck will be released first in 2021. The lower trims will start its production in the following year.
