'Frozen 2' Star Kristen Bell Gave This Disturbing Gift To Her Friend For Christmas
Kristen Bell has stepped up her gift-giving game this Christmas by giving her friends a gift that seemed to be straight out of a horror movie.
On Sunday, the “Frozen 2” star and her husband, Dax Shepard, hosted a white elephant gift exchange where Bell showed up with a mold of Shepard’s severed head.
She posted the wild night on her Instagram story. In one clip, Bell recorded her friend opening up this terrifying gift with the caption “But I brought something VERY special.” As soon as the woman opened the box she jumped and said: “Oh my…oh my god.”
Later in the night, someone posted a video of Bell cradling the mold of her husband.
Other gifts given during the white elephant gift exchange were a lot tamer and included a giant snickers bar, a batman car cookie jar, a personal sauna and a taxidermy rooster wrapped in lottery tickets.
Bell and Shepard have been together since 2007 after meeting in a sushi restaurant at a mutual friend's birthday dinner. Bell talked to the “Today Show” in late November about the story behind meeting him for the first time.
“The only thing I remember is that he talked so much,” she said to the "Today Show" anchor Willie Geist.
At the time, she didn’t even know who he was and assumed that he was a member of MTV’s “Jackass.”
“There was no sparks whatsoever,” Bell admitted during the interview.
They ended up meeting each other again at a hockey game a couple of weeks later and flirted. He texted her the next day after the game and that's when their romance started.
“I fell in love with him way before he fell in love with me,” Bell added.
