Netflix’s “Full House” sequel series, “Fuller House,” got a Season 4 renewal in January, and now fans are finally getting some major details about what the new episodes will focus on.

A major plot point of the show thus far has been the love triangle between DJ (Candace Cameron Bure), Steve (Scott Weinger) and Matt (John Brotherton), but Bure revealed to E! News that that’s officially over for this new season.

“DJ and Steve are together,” she told the outlet, before explaining that ”there’s no back and forth in Season 4, so she’s with Steve and made that decision.”

This will come as a big relief to members of #TeamSteve since the Season 3B finale of “Fuller House” ended with a big wrench being thrown into their freshly restarted relationship. Steve was offered a job as the foot specialist for the Los Angeles Lakers and although he told DJ he wasn’t going to take it, she didn’t want him to regret it, so she accepted the position on his behalf.

The gig’s set to last six months, meaning Steve and DJ will have to start off this stage of their dating in a long-distance relationship. Still, Bure maintained that the two are in fact still together and will be for the season.

“I like watching, and I hope the fans enjoy actually watching that relationship develop more,” she said about Steve and DJ’s growing bond.

Aside from these two lovebirds, Season 4 will also feature a pregnant Kimmy (Andrea Barber), who’s acting as the surrogate for Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Jimmy’s (Adam Hagenbuch) baby. According to Bure, fans will be “enjoying that pregnancy throughout” the episodes and it’ll be “the focus.”

While the 42-year-old actress didn’t exactly reveal how much time will pass between the Season 4 premiere to the finale, she did share that Barber has already worn two pregnancy suits and that “there’s still one more size she has left to wear at the very end of the season, to be in that third trimester.” That means the season will be taking fans from the beginning stage of Kimmy’s pregnancy to the end, or at least close to it.

“Fuller House” Season 4 does not yet have a release date.
