There was no way Ryan was ever going to allow himself to be imprisoned in Ferncliff or any other insane asylum ever again and made a deadly move. Next week on “General Hospital,” Ava will learn the truth about the man who killed her daughter Kiki and will seek revenge.

Last week on “General Hospital,” the residents of Port Charles finally learned the truth about Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) and the PCPD were desperate to catch him. Unfortunately, he already kidnapped Carly and was on his way to Canada to marry Ava (Maura West).

Although Jason (Steve Burton) managed to catch up to Ryan and shoot him, it wasn’t enough to stop the serial killer from throwing himself off of a bridge and taking Ava with him. While Ryan’s fate on “GH” is unclear, Ava is expected to survive the fall.

According to Soap Hub, Ava will be spending some time in the hospital next week, where she will seek forgiveness from Franco, who she briefly believed killed Kiki (Hayley Erin).

However, she will become enraged the very moment she lays eyes on Kevin and lash out at him, believing he is Ryan. Will Ava’s rage cause her to harm the wrong twin?

Speaking of harm, Carly (Laura Wright) and her baby will still be in danger following her fall. Although she will lose consciousness again, “General Hospital” spoilers for next week suggest Jason will continue the search for his best friend.

Carly will eventually be found, but will her baby survive all the stress its mother has been put under?
