Brad believes he has fooled everyone and has buried the truth about Wiley. For the week of Jan. 13 on “General Hospital,” Nelle will make a confession that will threaten to expose the truth about the baby swap and ruin Brad’s future.

“General Hospital” spoilers for next week reveal Carly (Laura Wright) sees through Nelle (Chloe Lanier). It appears Nelle will make a shocking announcement that will stun the residents of Port Charles.

Although it is unclear what she will be confessing, her announcement could affect Brad (Parry Shen) in a major way. Whatever Nelle reveals, Carly will see her ulterior motives and will suspect the worst from Michael’s (Chad Duell) ex.

Nelle could reveal that she is Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) widow and is responsible for sending the invite to Sam (Kelly Monaco) about his memorial. However, she could also reveal that Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson) is the son she had with Michael.

“GH” spoilers for next week reveal Willow (Katelyn MacMullin) is concerned for Wiley’s safety. If Nelle reveals that she is Wiley’s mother, Willow may fear she will try to take the child away from Brad.

However, if Nelle reveals that she is Shiloh’s widow, she could try to force her way into Wiley’s life by declaring that she is honoring her late husband by trying to bond with his son.
