After Jason got Ned to call in a favor at Pentonville, he thought his relationship with Sam was back on track. For the week of Dec. 30 on “General Hospital,” Sam and Jason’s relationship will face the ultimate test.

Last week on “General Hospital,” Jason (Steve Burton) told the kids he was working on a Christmas surprise. He later walked into the penthouse and revealed Sam (Kelly Monaco) was behind him.

It turns out, Jason was able to get Ned (Wally Kurth) to call in a favor at the jail and get Sam out in time for Christmas. After a conversation with Jason, Ned revealed Sam was an excellent candidate for parole.

However, it seems her parole eligibility will come at a price. “GH” spoilers reveal Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) confirms the worst. Diana has been representing Sam in her murder trial, but now that her client has been parole, she will be forced to follow strict rules to remain free. Will Sam have to break up with Jason to remain a candidate for parole?

One of those conditions could require her to avoid associating with criminals. Unfortunately for Sam, Jason is a well-known criminal in Port Charles. Whatever the terms are, it appears Jason will do whatever it takes to keep Sam out of jail.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Jason accepts his fate. Jason wants Sam to be safe at home and would be more than willing to sacrifice his happiness for her. However, now that she has finally gotten the love of her life back, will she be willing to end their relationship to stay out of prison?
