General Hospital
Sam (Kelly Monaco) reflects on the consequences of her relationship with Jason (Steve Burton) on “General Hospital.” The actors are pictured in a scene from a previous episode. ABC

Sam knows she did the right thing by killing Shiloh to save Jason, but for the week of Nov. 18 on “General Hospital,” she may be punished for saving the love of her life.

Last week on “General Hospital,” Sam remained by a prison’s guard side after Cassandra knocked the correction officer unconscious and escaped. Despite Sam’s decision to help, Jason learned she could be charged in the incident.

“General Hospital” spoilers for next week reveal Sam (Kelly Monaco) is deeply shaken. Sam is scheduled to appear in court, and there’s a chance that the judge won’t rule in her favor.

Seeing as Sam was accused of killing Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and was at the center of a violent prison escape, she may be convicted for the former cult leader’s murder. However, it appears Jason (Steve Burton) will step up and try to help her.

“GH” spoilers for next week reveal Jason turns to Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help. In the past, Spinelli has always helped Jason, and it appears this time will be no different. However, considering Sam could be charged with murder, will Spinelli help prove her innocence or provide assistance to break Sam out of jail?

Elsewhere in Port Charles, “General Hospital” spoilers for next week reveal Franco (Roger Howarth) pays Monica (Leslie Charleson) a visit. Last week, Franco admitted that even though he had Drew’s (Billy Miller) memories, it didn’t feel like he belonged in his body.

The conversation seemed to suggest that Drew was considering the memory mapping procedure so that Franco could return to his family. Will Monica try to convince him to reconsider his decision?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
