Ava can't predict Elizabeth's next move when it comes to her confession about Nikolas, but on the Friday, Feb. 10 episode of "General Hospital," Ava may convince Austin to help her bury the truth.

In the ABC promo video, Ava (Maura West) tells Austin (Roger Howarth) that they have to take action. "GH" spoilers reveal Ava voices her concern to Austin.

In the previous episode, Ava learned Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) planned to confess to helping Nikolas (Adam Huss) hold Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) captive at Wyndemere Castle.

Viewers are aware Ava believes she killed Nikolas after hitting him in the head with a statue at Wyndemere. Even though Austin saw her placing Nikolas' body in a room, he vowed to keep her secret.

However, if Liz confesses, the police would search Wyndemere for further evidence and could discover Nikolas' body.

During the conversation with Elizabeth, Ava attempted to talk her out of telling the police the truth. Ava told Elizabeth that Nikolas skipped town, which meant Liz would pay for his crimes alone.

Despite their chat, Ava didn't seem to think Elizabeth would keep the truth hidden for long and called Austin. It appears Ava will express her doubts to Austin and demand they take action.

Will Ava convince Austin to help her move Nikolas' body before Elizabeth confesses?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) tells Michael (Chad Duell) that he needs to face the truth. "General Hospital" spoilers suggest Willow confronts the reality of her situation.

In the previous episode, Willow learned she only had a few weeks to live. After an emotional breakdown, Willow seemed to accept her fate, and it appears she will want Michael to do the same.

Other spoilers say Nina (Cynthia Watros) will deliver a sentimental gift. Nina has been trying to connect with Willow after learning they were biologically mother and daughter.

Although Willow was hesitant to welcome Nina into her life, will her deteriorating health convince Willow to give Nina a chance?

Other "GH" spoilers tease that it's Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia's (Brook Kerr) wedding day, TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) have a heart-to-heart, and Laura (Genie Francis) catches up with Taggert (Réal Andrews).
