No one wanted to believe Ava when she suggested Ryan was calling her after he jumped off the bridge in Niagara Falls, but on the Thursday, April 4 episode of “General Hospital,” Ava will face a rude awakening and possibly, Kiki’s killer.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ava (Maura West) is seen asleep but is awakens when someone wraps their hand around her neck. Ava has been on a downward spiral ever since she learned she fell in love with her daughter’s killer.

When the truth about Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) was revealed, he jumped off a bridge and tried to take Ava with him. Although she was saved and authorities presumed Ryan died from the fall, Ava can’t shake the feeling that the serial killer may still alive.

Will Ava learn that Ryan survived the fall and finally face off with Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) killer, or will the mysterious hand around her neck a part of a nightmare she needs to wake up from?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Kim (Tamara Braun) tells Julian (William deVry) that she will have to make changes in her life. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Kim receives bad news.

After Oscar (Garren Stitt) has another seizure, reality will quickly begin to set in for his loved ones, who must do their best to make the most out of the time he has left. Kim will receive bad news, but will it be about her son’s recent seizure or something much worse?
