Ava has been determined to get revenge against Nikolas, but on the Monday, Feb. 6 episode of "General Hospital," her plan may cause her to make a deadly decision.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ava (Maura West) tells Nikolas (Adam Huss) that he is responsible for the chaos in his life. "GH" spoilers reveal Ava is pushed too far.

In the previous episode, Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) informed Nikolas that he would seek custody of Esme's (Avery Kristen Pohl) baby. When Nikolas scoffed at signing over custody of the baby, Spencer began reciting lines from Nikolas' confession video.

Viewers are aware that Nikolas falsely confessed to pushing Esme off the parapet at Wyndemere Castle. Even though Ava actually committed the crime, Nikolas allowed her to record the video to prove he would do anything for her.

Ava later gave the video to Spencer to use as leverage to take custody of Esme and Nikolas' baby. However, it appears Nikolas will believe Ava has gone too far, and their heated argument may turn violent. Will Ava try to kill Nikolas following their latest discussion?

In the ABC promo video, Finn (Michael Easton) tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that he can't let her throw her life away. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Liz takes Finn's advice into account.

In the previous episode, Elizabeth confessed she helped Nikolas hold Esme captive at Wyndemere. Liz revealed she was never pregnant with Nikolas' baby and only lied to cover up what they were doing.

Elizabeth then announced she planned to confess to the police, but it appears Finn won't be ready for Liz to face the consequences of her actions just yet. Finn will advise Liz to hold off on confessing to the police, but will she listen to his advice?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Chase (Josh Swickard) has a change of heart, Laura (Genie Francis) pleads with Spencer, and Austin (Roger Howart) puts Mason (Nathanyael Grey) on notice.
