Cameron said he would keep Josslyn's secret about Dex, but on the Wednesday, Jan. 25 episode of "General Hospital," Cameron may be tempted to share the truth with Trina and Spencer.

In the ABC promo video, Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) tells Trina (Tabyana Ali) that he doesn't know if he's ready to say goodbye. "GH" spoilers reveal Spencer and Trina have questions for Cam (William Lipton).

Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) memorial is quickly approaching, and it appears Spencer will struggle to grieve her death. He will turn to Trina for comfort, but their close moment may not last once Cameron arrives.

In the previous episode, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) asked Cam not to tell anyone about her relationship with Dex (Evan Hofer). Cameron initially refused to cover up the truth because he was heartbroken that Josslyn cheated on him with Dex.

However, Cameron later revealed he would not tell anyone about Josslyn and Dex. It appears Spencer and Trina will notice a change in Cameron's behavior and have questions.

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) insists Josslyn needs to be sure of her decision. "General Hospital" spoilers say Carly confides in Josslyn.

Josslyn has been struggling with the fallout from her breakup with Cameron and will lean on Carly for support.

However, Carly will also need some encouraging words as she deals with the fallout from hiding the DNA results that proved Nina (Cynthia Watros) was Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) biological mother.

Carly's confession left most people around her furious and damaged her relationship with Drew (Cameron Mathison). Will Josslyn assure Carly that Drew will forgive her?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Laura (Genie Francis) warns Martin (Michael E. Knight), Charlotte (Amelie McLain) blasts Victor (Charles Shaughnessy), and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) counsels Drew.
