Ryan has been having a blast bringing pain and heartbreak to the residents of Port Charles, and on the Thursday, Dec. 13 episode of “General Hospital,” he may begin planning his next murder.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Jason (Steve Burton) tells Carly (Laura Wright) to count to 10, but she refuses to calm down. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Carly is troubled.

In the previous “GH” episode, Carly believed she had a heated exchange with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), however, she was unaware she was actually speaking to his serial killer twin brother, Ryan.

During their argument, Carly revealed she was outraged that “Kevin” allowed Ava to attack her at Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) burial, but the doctor revealed she was just as guilty of starting the altercation as Ava was.

Carly also revealed she learned the name of the patient in the room next door to her at Ferncliff was Wilson. After realizing Carly was getting too close to uncovering his secret, Ryan apologized for snapping at her and suggested she allow him to look into the patient.

Back at Ava’s place, she told “Kevin” she feared Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly would use the fight at Kiki’s grave to keep Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) away from her, but Ryan assured her that wouldn’t happen.

Ryan killed Kiki when he realized she was making Ava unhappy and it appears he now believes Carly is going the same thing. Are Carly’s days in Port Charles numbered?
