'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Carly Manipulate Nina Into Staying Away From Willow?

Despite her damaged reputation, Nina can't seem to mind her own business. On the Wednesday, Nov. 23, episode of "General Hospital," Carly will warn Nina to stay away from her Willow.

In the ABC promo video, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Nina (Cynthia Watros) to bring it on. "GH" spoilers reveal Carly and Nina have it out.

In the previous episode, Carly learned that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was searching for her birth parents.

Regular viewers are aware that Carly secretly did a DNA test that proved Nina was Willow's biological mother. However, she never shared the results with them.

It appears Carly will be more determined than ever to keep Nina away from Willow after learning Nina tried to convince Michael (Chad Duell) that Willow was having an affair with TJ (Tajh Bellow).

Will Carly use their latest argument to manipulate Nina into staying away from Willow to stop the truth from being exposed?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Chase (Josh Swickard) asks Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) about the letter Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) was supposed to write. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Chase is surprised.

In the previous episode, Dante revealed that Brook Lynn hasn't written the letter that Chase needs to be reinstated at the police department. However, Chase never knew about the letter or his reinstatement status.

It appears Chase will want to know what else Brook Lynn has been keeping from him, but will Dante reveal the truth, or will he help Brook Lynn cover her lies?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) opens up to Liesl (Kathleen Gati), Brook Lynn makes a decision, and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) team up.
