Carly managed to figure out that Nina is Willow’s biological mother, and on the Thursday, May 5 episode of “General Hospital,” she may consider letting Michael in on the truth.

In the ABC promo video, Michael (Chad Duell) says he doesn’t know how to protect Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) from the fallout. “GH” spoilers suggest Carly (Laura Wright) will feel overwhelmed about keeping a secret.

In the previous episode, Harmony’s (Inga Cadranel) final words allowed Carly to figure out that Nina (Cynthia Watros) had twin girls, and Willow is her daughter.

Although Harmony wanted Carly to promise to hide the truth from Willow, Carly was reluctant to agree to keep the secret.

Carly will try to support Willow and Michael following Harmony’s death, but the truth will begin to weigh on her. Will Carly share the truth about Willow’s biological mother with Michael?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) if he or his business is vulnerable.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Sonny welcomes Chet (Chris Van Etten) back as Dante arrives with news.

It appears Sonny will welcome Chet back at the boxing gym but will get a visit from Dante that could leave him on edge. Dante decides to discuss the incident in which two guys attempted to rob Sonny.

The attack could lead to an even bigger target on Sonny’s back due to his power in the criminal underworld. Dante will be worried about Sonny’s safety, but will his concerns rattle the mobster?

Other “GH” spoilers tease Chase (Josh Swickard) apologizes about forgetting special plans with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Terry’s (Cassandra James) outing doesn’t go as planned, and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) counsels TJ (Tajh Bellow).

“General Hospital” airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
