Carly's lie about Nina and Willow has put a major strain on her relationship with Drew, but on the Thursday, Jan. 26 episode of "General Hospital," Drew will make a decision about his future with Carly.

In the ABC promo video, Carly (Laura Wright) wants to know where she stands with Drew (Cameron Mathison). "GH" spoilers reveal Drew makes his feelings clear.

Drew felt betrayed after learning Carly interfered with his search to find Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother. When Carly admitted she knew Nina (Cynthia Watros) was Willow's biological mother and hid the truth for months, Drew wasn't sure their relationship would recover.

Although Carly and others have defended her actions, it appears Drew will decide whether they can continue dating. Will Drew dump Carly for hiding the truth about Willow and Nina?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) encourages Nina to show up for Willow. "General Hospital" spoilers say Nina confides in Sasha.

Willow and Nina have never had a close relationship, but after Nina discovered Willow was her daughter, she was ready to make up for lost time. However, Willow was not ready to look past everything Nina had done.

Since Sasha has been on the receiving end of Nina's kindness, she will encourage Nina to show that same warmth to Willow.

Will Sasha's advice work, or will Nina have to find another way to fix her relationship with Willow?

Other "GH" spoilers tease that Cody (Josh Kelly) makes a connection, Trina (Tabyana Ali) questions Spencer's (Nicholas Chavez) motives, and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Ned (Wally Kurth) visit Willow.

"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
