Kim thought she was going to get her happy ending with Drew after Franco was given the right to make his own medical decisions. On the Tuesday, Nov. 5 episode of “General Hospital,” Franco’s argument with Kim will make him reach out to Liz.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Cameron (William Lipton) asks Franco (Roger Howarth) if he is leaving Port Charles. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) gets terrible news.

After the judge gave Franco the right to take on the identity of Drew Cain (Billy Miller), Liz asked him to say goodbye to Franco’s family. It appears his visit to the Webber-Baldwin home will make Cameron and Liz assume Franco is there to say goodbye, but will Franco be able to ease Liz’s heartache?

“GH” spoilers reveal Franco has a realization. Following the trial, Franco told Kim (Tamara Braun) that he thought she needed help and that they should stay in Port Charles until she gets it. The statement left Kim feeling rejected, and she abruptly ended their conversation.

Will Franco realize that Kim needs to let go of Drew to deal with her grief from Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) death? Although Franco believes he is Drew, he realizes his existence as either man will leave several people heartbroken.

Will Franco reconsider his decision to reverse the memory mapping procedure and let go of his memories as Drew? Or will he be more determined than ever to make the most out of his second chance as Drew Cain?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Brad (Parry Shen) tells Julian (William deVry) that he is making a mistake. In the previous episode, Brad learned that Julian set him up and made Lucas (Ryan Carnes) believe he was having an affair. Julian wants Brad to leave town because he’s afraid the truth about Wiley will be revealed.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Brad gains the upper hand. Julian believes he will be able to protect Lucas by forcing Brad to leave town, but Brad will find leverage to hold over his father-in-law.

Will Brad’s decision to beat Julian at his own game end up exposing the truth about Wiley’s connection to Michael (Chad Duell)?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
