Ryan was surprised Franco actually entered a guilty murder plea at court, and on the Thursday, Feb. 22 episode of “General Hospital,” the real serial killer will use the shocking moment to pull Ava deeper into his twisted web.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) asks Ava (Maura West) to marry him. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ryan surprises Ava.

In the previous episode, Ryan told Kevin and Laura (Genie Francis) that he was the serial killer and responsible for Lulu’s attack. Unfortunately, Laura and Kevin may never get the chance to expose the truth because Ryan has locked them in the basement at Ferncliff.

It appears the murderer will be eager to skip town, but not before he takes his relationship with Ava to the next level by asking for her hand in marriage.

Julian (William deVry) previously told Ava that after Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) death, he didn’t think she was capable of making good decisions.

Now that Franco (Roger Howarth) has confessed to committing the recent murders in town, will Ava realize she needs to wait before answering “Kevin’s” question or will she agree to marry him?

Elsewhere, “GH” spoilers reveal Franco wants to share his side. Franco agreed to plead guilty to murder in order to help the police catch the real killer, but is it too late for him to explain his choice to his loved ones?
