The residents of Port Charles want Ryan Chamberlain to pay for the murders he committed, and on the Tuesday, June 4 episode of “General Hospital,” a mysterious visitor will leave the serial killer in a fight of his life.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) appears to be having a seizure in his hospital bed. In the next scene, Finn (Michael Easton) announces he has news about Ryan. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Kevin pulls a fast one.

In the previous episode, Kevin revealed he made a mistake trying to treat Ryan and now realized that some evil can’t be cured. After leaving Ryan’s room, Kevin received a call and told the person, “it’s better this way.”

Later on, someone was seen entering the room and injected an unknown liquid into Ryan’s IV. Kevin has expressed his guilt over trying to treat Ryan and even confessed to wanting his brother gone, but could he be responsible for the change in Ryan’s vitals?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) that she doesn’t know what to do about it. “GH” spoilers reveal Carly visits Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) grave.

Carly has been on edge ever since she learned about her high-risk pregnancy. Along with trying to support Josslyn (Eden McCoy) after Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) death, Carly can’t help but reflect on the son she lost.

It appears Carly isn’t sure how to handle something but is she referring to sadness or is there something else she is struggling to deal with?
