Ryan believes he has convinced Port Charles he is Dr. Kevin Collins and has no connection to the recent murders in town, but on the Friday, Jan. 11 episode of “General Hospital,” he will realize the police aren’t his only problem.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Franco (Roger Howarth) asks Ava (Maura West) what she is doing on the docks. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Franco startles Ava.

Ava has been devastated ever since she was told Kiki (Hayley Erin) was murdered and was later forced to identify her daughter’s body. While she is still grieving the death of her daughter, she is also determined to get revenge against the person who murdered her.

However, Ava is unaware she is sleeping with the man who killed Kiki. Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) has managed to pass himself off as his twin brother Kevin and get away with several murders. Although Ryan thought he was helping Ava by getting rid of Kiki, is his plan beginning to backfire?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, “Kevin” tells someone it’s time they stop working together. Seeing as the conversation happens at the docks, there’s a chance “Kevin” could be ending his professional relationship with Franco.

The two have had several therapy sessions together, but why would Ryan want to stop exploring the mind of a former killer?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
