Liesl was devastated after Britt died following an attack by the hook killer, but on the Friday, Jan. 6, episode of "General Hospital," Liesl will take her anger out on Esme.

In the ABC promo video, Nina (Cynthia Watros) demands to know what Liesl (Kathleen Gati) has done. "GH" spoilers reveal Liesl takes matters into her own hands.

In the previous episode, Liesl began to clean out Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) office when Austin (Roger Howarth) entered and volunteered to finish the job. The two began to reflect on Britt's life.

Austin noted that he believed the killer would face consequences and revealed the suspect was in the hospital under guard. After he left, Liesl picked up Britt's lab coat with her badge.

Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) was later seen asking a doctor for something stronger so she could sleep, and Liesl told her it could be arranged.

Since the police suspect Esme is the hook killer, it appears Liesl will want to avenge Britt's death. Will Nina stop Liesl before she can kill Esme?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) asks whether the chemotherapy is working. "General Hospital" spoilers say Willow gets an important call.

Willow's decision to delay chemo for her first trimester has caused her leukemia to progress to Stage 4 cancer.

Although she was advised that she will need a bone marrow transplant, she hopes the chemo will help until she can find a match.

It appears Willow will get an update on whether the chemo has helped, but will she get the answer she is hoping for?

Other "GH" spoilers reveal Sonny (Maurice Benard) blasts Nikolas (Marcus Coloma), Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) gets shocking news, and Carly (Laura Wright) offers support.
