‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Michael Let His Family Kill Nelle To Protect Wiley?

After Michael found out Wiley was his son with Nelle, he vowed to protect the boy from his evil mother. On the Tuesday, Feb. 25 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle and Brad’s baby swap may force Michael to make a deadly decision.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Nelle (Chloe Lanier) that her first steps in the sunshine could be her last. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Carly delivers a stern warning.

In the previous episode, Carly told Sonny (Maurice Benard) that she was furious Nelle intentionally made Michael (Chad Duell) believe his son was dead. Carly wanted the young woman to pay for the baby swap and suggested Sonny use his mob ties to get rid of Nelle.

Even though the mobster insisted the justice system would punish Nelle, Carly wasn’t so sure. However, now that the truth has been revealed, Carly wants to make sure Nelle stays out of Wiley’s (Erik and Theo Olson) life.

It appears Carly will let Nelle know that if the justice system doesn’t put her behind bars, she will make sure Nelle gets what she deserves, but will this cause the young woman to retaliate?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Jason (Steve Burton) tells Michael he has to figure out what to do if things go wrong. “GH” spoilers reveal Nelle digs her heels in. Although viewers are aware Nelle came up with the idea to swap babies with Brad (Parry Shen), the young mother has told everyone else that Brad stole her son while she was unconscious after giving birth.

Michael and his family don’t believe she was a victim, but Nelle is confident she can convince a judge to see her side of the story. It appears Jason will encourage Michael to think about how he will protect Wiley if Nelle is released from jail.

Will Michael give his family the green light to get rid of Nelle by any means necessary?
