It will be an emotional day for the residents of Port Charles as they are forced to face their mistakes. On the Thursday, Sept. 20 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle and Brad’s baby secret is jeopardized as Jason reflects on his relationship with Sam.

In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Brad (Parry Shen) asks what’s wrong with Wiley’s heart. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Lucas (Ryan Carnes) receives worrisome information.

In the previous episode, Carly (Laura Wright) became concerned when Michael (Chad Duell) admitted he has been struggling to deal with his grief. He revealed he hasn’t spoken to a therapist about his problems following the death of his baby with Nelle (Chloe Lanier).

As Carly suggested Michael lean on his family during this difficult time, Lucas came by to reveal Wiley had a checkup and handed the baby off to Michael so he could speak with a patient.

As Michael unknowingly held his real son in his arms, he told Carly he felt at peace. Just as Lucas was ready to leave, the pediatrician informed him the baby’s tests weren’t normal and he had reached out to a specialist.

Longtime viewers may recall that Michael had heart problems as an infant. When he was just a baby, Jason (Steve Burton) made the decision to allow doctors to perform heart surgery on him.

“GH” spoilers reveal Carly’s interest is piqued. During Michael’s encounters with Wiley, Carly has consistently noted how the two look alike and how much of a natural her son is with the baby. Will Carly be able to connect Wiley’s heart condition to Michael’s previous issues?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Julian (William deVry) asks Jason if he loves Sam (Kelly Monaco) enough not to pull her back into his life. “GH” spoilers reveal Julian acknowledges his part in past actions.

Although Sam isn’t particularly fond of her father, Julian has been attempting to turn his life around and do what’s best for his children.

Julian is well aware of the dangerous life Jason leads and it appears he doesn’t want Sam thrown back into that lifestyle. Will Julian convince Jason to walk away from Sam for good?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
