It will be a day of doubts and confrontations for the residents of Port Charles as they considering redeeming themselves for their mistakes. On the Monday, Oct. 15 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle will reunite with hers and Michael’s baby boy while Elizabeth interferes with Sam and Jason’s romance.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) asks Nelle (Chloe Lanier) why she would recognize Wiley. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Carly gets a surprise.

In the previous episode, Nelle told Michael (Chad Duell) she had something important to tell him that would change everything, but Carly was on hand to make sure her son didn’t believe anything Nelle had to say.

Although Nelle continued to carry on her manipulative banter, she froze the moment she saw Brad (Parry Shen) holding her baby in the courthouse. Brad, who was eager to take Wiley out of the country, went down to the courthouse to apply for a passport. Little did he know, he would run into the birth mother of his baby boy.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming “GH” episode, Nelle approaches Brad and notes the baby has grown so much that she can barely recognize him. While Nelle appears mesmerized by the infant, Carly wants to know how the woman who almost destroyed her family knows Wiley.

Nelle brushes off Carly’s inquiry by revealing she saw a photo online and then asks to hold the baby. Although Brad denies her the chance to touch her son, he apologizes that things had to end this way.

Nelle then comments that everyone isn’t meant to get a happy ending. After Brad makes a swift exit, Carly reminds Nelle that she had something important she wanted to tell Michael. However, Nelle no longer appears as thrilled to share the information. Is Carly surprised by Nelle’s confession or will the real surprise be Nelle’s choice to keep quiet?

In the ABC promo video, Sam (Kelly Monaco) realizes Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) wants her to stay away from Jason (Steve Burton) for Drew’s (Billy Millet) sake. “GH” spoilers reveal Elizabeth visits Sam.

After Kim (Tamara Braun) told Elizabeth about Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) cancer diagnosis, she became a support system for the anxious parents who are desperate to keep their son alive. Is Elizabeth’s visit to Sam about her genuine concern for Drew and Kim or does she have ulterior motives?

Although Elizabeth has moved on to another relationship, her feelings for Jason and Drew haven’t completely gone away. Will Sam actually listen to Elizabeth and stay away from Jason or will she give the meddling nurse a piece of her mind?
