‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Nina’s Guilt Over Willow Expose Nelle’s Baby Swap?

After a long fight, Willow feels like she has finally gained the upper hand over Shiloh, but on the Thursday, July 18 episode of “General Hospital,” Nina’s reflection on her past behavior could lead Liesl to expose Nelle’s baby secret.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Nina (Cynthia Watros) tells Liesl (Kathleen Gati) she may have done something terrible. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nina tries to apologize.

In the previous episode, Liesl complained that her column was pushed down for a story about a sex cult. By reading the article, Nina learned Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was jailed for keeping information about her baby from Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin).

After remembering their encounter at the Nurses Ball, Nina began to wonder if she is the reason why Shiloh knows about Willow’s baby.

“GH” spoilers suggest Liesl will drop clues about Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) baby swap. Liesl is aware that Nelle gave birth to a healthy baby boy last year. Although she knows Nelle has been hiding the baby from Michael (Chad Duell), it seems she may finally expose the truth.

Liesl will begin to realize the baby she delivered to Nelle may be at the center of Shiloh and Willow’s custody battle, but will she give Nina enough information to connect the dots?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Chase (Josh Swickard) asks Willow what has got her in such a good mood. Willow is most likely thrilled that all the legal proceedings Shiloh started to gain custody of Wiley have been dismissed.

Although Nina plans to apologize for her actions, will Willow accept her apology? The two were at odds throughout the school year, but will Shiloh’s disturbing behavior allow Willow to gain one more supporter in her mission to protect Wiley?
