Ryan may be fooling everyone by posing as his twin brother, Kevin, but on the Tuesday, Nov. 27 episode of “General Hospital,” his bizarre behavior may garner suspicion and jeopardize his new life outside of Ferncliff.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Griffin (Matt Cohen) calls out Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) name as he slowly enters their apartment. In the previous episode of “General Hospital,” Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) and Ava (Maura West) shared a kiss and agreed to spend Thanksgiving together.

Ava revealed she considered leaving town in order to stop the fights between herself and Kiki. Although “Kevin” was happy he convinced her to stick around, he said he had to go take care of some business, but would meet up with her later on.

However, he ended up at Kiki’s front door and it is unclear what he plans to do next. Will Ryan kill Kiki for Ava or does he have something else in mind?

Elsewhere in the promo video, Oscar (Garren Stitt) reveals he has made a decision. “GH” spoilers reveal Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is proud of Oscar. In the previous episode, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) finally learned the truth about her former boyfriend’s terminal cancer diagnosis and emancipation case.

Although she agreed to support him whether or not he decides to receive treatment, she reminded him that if he chooses to forgo medical assistance, his chances of dying would be 100 percent. Will Oscar decide to continue his emancipation case or will he surprise everyone with a different decision?
