Lulu is expected to make a full recovery after being attacked by the serial killer, but on the Friday, Jan. 25 episode of “General Hospital,” Ryan may receive a second chance to kill the woman who could expose his secrets.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ava (Maura West) asks “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom) if he can see anything. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ava stays by Ryan’s side.

Ryan has been successfully passing himself off as his twin, Dr. Kevin Collins and staying one step ahead of the police amid the recent murders he has committed.

Although he lost his vision and failed to successfully kill Lulu (Emme Rylan), it appears that he will have the same laser procedure that restored Anna’s (Finola Hughes) sight.

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sonny (Maurice Benard) encourages Lulu to keep fighting her way back. “GH” spoilers reveal Sonny pays his respects.

Lulu is Sonny’s daughter-in-law and he wants her to fight to stay alive so she can come back to her family, but are his words of encouragement setting her up for failure?

If Ryan gets his vision back, chances are he will want to finish what he started and kill Lulu for good. Will Lulu recover from her attack only to be killed by Ryan?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
