Nelle is desperate to get out of Pentonville and believes Ryan is the perfect person to help her become a free woman. On the Thursday, Dec. 12 episode of “General Hospital,” Nelle’s plan to escape may end her life.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) tells Chase that this isn’t what it looks like. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Chase makes a discovery.

In the previous episode, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) spoke to her lawyer about her desire to get out of prison so she could help Brad (Parry Shen) care for Wiley (Theo and Erik Olson). However, because of her crimes, her lawyer revealed she would be stuck in prison for a long time.

Desperate to get out of the jail, Nelle visited Ryan in the infirmary and made him an offer. If he helped her get out of prison, she would replace the Crimson cover featuring Ava (Maura West), with photos of the gallery owner at work and living her life.

Although Ryan agreed to help Nelle, he revealed he wanted to make some adjustments to her plan. Viewers are aware that Ryan is obsessed with Ava, but he also has a passion for murder.

It appears Chase will arrive at the infirmary and see Ryan use the scalpel to injure Nelle. The detective will try to save her life but, will Ryan’s serial killer instincts take over and kill Nelle before the truth about Wiley is revealed?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
