Franco knows he isn’t guilty of attacking Lulu, but on the Tuesday, Feb. 12 episode of “General Hospital,” Laura will issue the ultimate threat to her daughter’s alleged attacker that could allow the real serial killer to get away with murder.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Laura (Genie Francis) tells Franco (Roger Howarth) she will make sure that the past events never happen again. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Laura pays Franco a visit.

Franco was arrested after Lulu (Emme Rylan) accused him of trying to kill her and now it looks like Laura wants to let her daughter’s alleged attacker know he won’t get the chance to hurt anyone ever again.

Viewers are aware that Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) has been posing as his twin brother Kevin while carrying out a killing spree. However, he chose to frame Franco for the murders and has so far, convinced several people the former serial killer is responsible for the recent crimes.

Although Laura is expected to lash out at Franco in the upcoming “GH” episode, will the visit make her realize he is actually innocent or will she fall for Ryan’s scheme and make Franco pay for murders he didn’t commit?
