Shiloh knows Jason took Kristina from the attic and on the Thursday, April 18 episode of “General Hospital,” the Dawn of Day leader will put Sam in an uncomfortable position that may force her to choose sides.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Jason (Steve Burton) that Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) may have leverage over him. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Sonny cautions Jason.

In the previous episode, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) told Michael (Chad Duell) that Shiloh requires members of his trust circle to share a dark secret. The information shared gives Shiloh leverage over the member if they try to leave Dawn of Day.

Sonny assumes Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) shared one of his crimes with Shiloh and is now concerned the DOD leader will expose the truth.

Jason considered taking lethal methods to get Shiloh out of the picture, but now that Sonny believes his freedom is in jeopardy, he will advise Jason to reconsider his approach. Will Jason’s plan for Shiloh fall apart?

Elsewhere in the “GH” promo video, Shiloh informs Sam (Kelly Monaco) that she won’t be working alone. In the previous episode, Shiloh told Sam that she needed to get close to Jason in order to find out where he took Kristina.

However, it appears the DOD leader doesn’t want Sam to do this on her own. If Sam can’t convince Shiloh to let her work alone, she may not be able to give Jason a heads up that Shiloh is attempting to learn the truth.

Shiloh may not trust Sam to be alone with Jason, which means he’ll want to keep a close eye on her. Will Sam have to betray Jason in order to prove her loyalty to Shiloh?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
