Sonny and Carly have both signed their divorce papers, and on the Monday, March 7, episode of “General Hospital,” the estranged couple will be reminded of how heartbreaking it is to run into an ex.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) it hurts when she sees him. “GH” spoilers reveal Sonny approaches Carly to try to connect.

Last week, Carly found Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny together at the penthouse and warned him that she didn’t want the woman around their daughter.

The topic of the conversation prompted Sonny to reveal that he need to hold off on Donna’s visit because he went off of his bipolar medication.

Although he has resumed taking it, he wanted to make sure the levels were right before he kept their daughter overnight. Carly then realized Nina knew Sonny was off of his medication and was heartbroken he didn’t come to her for help.

When Carly left the penthouse, they separately signed their divorce papers. It appears Sonny will spot Carly at the Metro Court and try to speak to her, but she will make it clear that it is too painful to be around him.

Will Sonny begin avoiding Carly to finally give her the space she needs to heal from his romance with Nina?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Cameron (William Lipton) appears shocked after an accusation, and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) asks Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) if she is going somewhere.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Cameron and Josslyn find themselves the objects of unwanted attention. In the previous episode, Esme sent a video of Josslyn and Cameron’s first time together to everyone in their class.

A student at the university then uploaded it onto the professor’s projector for everyone to see, leaving Cameron and Josslyn mortified. It appears Josslyn will initially accuse Cameron of being responsible for the video but will believe him after he denies it.

She will then suspect Esme and chase her down to confront her, but Esme has other plans. Viewers are aware that Esme plans to pin her evil scheme on Trina (Sydney Mikayla), but will Josslyn believe her best friend betrayed her?

Other “GH” spoilers tease Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) makes a difficult decision, Lucy (Lynn Herring) helps Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia (Brook Kerr) with their search for a property, and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) has a surprise for Brando (Johnny Wactor).

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
