The "General Hospital" episode for Thursday teases an unlikely partnership between Sonny and Valentin, an explosive argument between Willow and Nina and other dramatic moments for the residents of Port Charles.

In the ABC promo video, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells someone if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. "GH" spoilers" reveal Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) seeks Sonny's assistance.

Valentin is determined to prove that Anna (Finola Hughes) was framed for shooting Lucy (Lynn Herring) and believes Sonny could help in his quest to prove her innocence.

Since Lucy was shot twice, Valentin doesn't believe Anna would have needed two shots to kill someone. It appears he will have a plan to clear Anna's name, but will his theory be enough to convince Sonny to help?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera Nina (Cynthia Watros) asks Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to help out a friend. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Nina and Willow clash.

Although Nina incorrectly accused Willow of having an affair with TJ (Tajh Bellow), Nina will once again reach out to Willow.

This time around, she will encourage Willow to do a favor for a friend. Chances are Nina will be talking about Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), who is still recovering from her devastating loss.

However, it appears Willow will lash out at Nina, which will lead to another heated exchange between the women. Will Nina's attempt at finding common ground push Willow to her breaking point?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Josslyn (Eden McCoy) opens up to Carly (Laura Wright), Michael (Chad Duell) issues a warning to Dex (Evan Hofer), and Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha catch up.

"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
