'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Spencer Believe He Lost His Chance With Trina?

Trina was left shocked after Rory professed his love for her, and on the Friday episode of "General Hospital," Trina and Rory's blossoming romance could cause Spencer to believe that Trina has moved on.

He then invited Trina to meet his family for Christmas and loudly announced he was in love with her just as Spencer walked into the restaurant.

Viewers are aware that Spencer is also in love with Trina and plans to give her a special gift. However, it appears Rory will also present a gift to Trina as a symbol of their love.
