Ryan has been enjoying living Kevin’s life while his twin is locked away at Ferncliff, but on the Tuesday, Nov. 20 episode of “General Hospital,” Carly and Laura will close in on his dark secret.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Laura (Genie Francis) tells “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom) he has to answer questions about what’s been going on with him. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Laura takes it all in.

Laura has become suspicious of her husband’s behavior ever since she returned from Europe. She is unaware the real Kevin is locked away at Ferncliff while Ryan has been posing as the well-respected doctor.

After Ryan told Laura he thought the two should separate, she quickly realized he wasn’t the same person she married. Will she pressure Ryan to confess the truth about who he really is?

Elsewhere in the “GH” promo video, Carly (Laura Wright) asks Ava (Maura West) what has got her so brazen and the Jerome mobster reveals things are finally going her way. “Kevin” has been encouraging her to explore her dark side, which has led the scorned woman to plot to destroy the life of her daughter, Kiki (Hayley Erin).

After she watches Ava gloat over her evil plans, Carly will eventually meet up with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to look into Ferncliff. “GH” spoilers reveal Spinelli helps Carly out.

Carly is determined to find out the identity of the person who sent her the SOS message while she was locked away in the facility. Although she is unaware the patient was actually Kevin, it appears Spinelli will use his tech skills to break into the institution’s system.

Will Spinelli learn the name of the patient who was in the room next door to Carly or will the two discover something else?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
