Willow has struggled to accept Nina as her biological mother, but on the Wednesday, Jan. 18 episode of "General Hospital," Willow may consider forgiving the woman who hid the truth for months.

In the ABC promo video, Carly (Laura Wright) asks for Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) forgiveness. "GH" spoilers reveal Michael (Chad Duell) isn't ready to forgive.

In the previous episode, Willow told Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) she was disappointed to learn that Nina (Cynthia Watros) was her birth mother.

Since Nina has a history of doing awful things to Michael and Willow, the couple has tried to keep her out of their lives.

Viewers are aware that Carly learned Nina and Willow were biologically mother and daughter months before she was forced to tell the truth.

It appears Carly will ask for her son and Willow's forgiveness, but Michael will accuse Carly of seeking revenge against Nina.

However, Carly hopes that Willow sees her actions differently. Will Willow forgive Carly for hiding the truth about Nina?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) asks Anna (Finola Hughes) how she wants to carry out the mission. "General Hospital" spoilers say Valentin clears the air with Anna.

After confirming where Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) is keeping Lucy (Lynn Herring), Anna and Valentin will attempt a daring rescue mission. However, when Valentin seeks help gaining access to the compound, Anna will become hesitant about the idea.

Will Anna and Valentin compromise long enough to rescue Lucy and clear Anna's name?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Heather (Alley Mills) evokes suspicion, Nina anxiously awaits news, and Ava (Maura West) makes a surprising ally.
