While Dendro's elemental reactions might be a little complicated at first, players will quickly be able to adapt to the new playstyles it offers.
Thankfully, the Traveler's Dendro skillset is both simple and reliable. Players who are just about to explore this element's possible combos.
How To Use Dendro Traveler
Like most of their other elemental attunements, Dendro Traveler focuses primarily on support. They apply Dendro onto enemies and leave the rest of the mayhem to their teammates.
Razorglass Blade is a simple Elemental Skill that unleashes a burst of Dendro damage in a cone in front of the Traveler. Meanwhile, Verdant Growth spawns a Lea Lotus Lamp that continuously deals Dendro damage in an area.
If the lamp comes into contact with either Pyro, Hydro, or Electro, it gains bonus effects, making it great for comps that focus on one element as its main source of DPS.
Dendro Traveler Weapons and Artifacts
Stat-wise, players will want Energy Recharge and Elemental Mastery for Dendro Traveler. The Xiphos Moonlight sword is a top-tier option for this since it grants both stats to its user while also buffing the recharge rates of teammates. Players who don't have this sword can use Iron Sting or Sacrificial Sword instead.
As for artifacts, go with either the Deepwood Memories or Gilded Dreams four-piece sets. Noblesse Oblige can also be a good alternative, though other party members can make better use of this set. Just make sure to prioritize the EM and ER stats when hunting for artifact pieces.
Best Dendro Traveler Teams
For maximum damage, Dendro Traveler is best paired with Electro units like Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko and Lisa. This is because the Aggravate reaction greatly increases the damage dealt by Electro itself based on the Elemental Mastery stat of whoever triggers it.
Hydro characters who can trigger Bloom and Hyper Bloom also work well with Dendro Traveler. A main DPS unit like Ayato or a healer like Kokomi can lend themselves well to a hybrid Electro/Hydro team supported by Dendro Traveler.
